Or don\u2019t know how to approach an issue such as academic misconduct, appeals or complaints about faculty and staff? We listen to you and answer your questions or help you find someone who can. We provide you with a source of information about policies, rights and avenues of redress.<\/p>\n<p>Ombudspersons have been around for more than 2,000 years, but the word itself comes from Swedish parliament and was first used in 1809.
