Theoretical and practical work in class (30 hours) and out of class (15 hours) will provide students with the opportunity to share and evaluate ideas and to apply new learning by working on personal activity programs. The topic specified in the course title (e.g “Dance Activities”) indicates the main theme of weekly class activities. Other physical activities will be included according to the interests of class members. All courses include group and individual work (practical and written) in order to refine the skills needed to plan, execute and evaluate an effective personalized activity plan.
